Founded in 1992, we are a manufacturer of prepared foods such as handmade croquettes made with Hokkaido-grown Danshaku potatoes.
In 2016, the company opened a new office in Hironocho, Hakodate City, combining a factory and store, significantly increasing production capacity. With its main product being the "Marugoto Croquette" series, in which crab, shrimp, scallops and other seafood are wrapped in potato, preserving their delicious flavor, the company has been producing a succession of products aimed primarily at selling at food fairs around the country, and selling products unique to Hokkaido.
We regularly exhibit at trade fairs in Hawaii, the US mainland, and overseas in countries such as Malaysia and Singapore.

◆ Jumbo King Crab Croquette A croquette filled with plenty of crab meat wrapped in Hokkaido-grown Danshaku potatoes.
The main ingredients are Danshaku potatoes and high-quality red king crab procured from contracted farmers in the Tokachi region. While most of the process is automated, the final formation of the seeds is done by hand, resulting in an exquisite softness .
◆ Hakodate Squid Rice We stuff squid caught in Hakodate with glutinous rice and non-glutinous rice and simmer it in our own original sauce .
